 College Weekend was full of unfortunate weather. The storms rolled in and caused it to rain all day Saturday. Sunday the raining subsided but left a thick layer of clouds around 700 feet. We spent the day learning to pack parachutes until we finally were able to make the first load after 3:30pm.
In despite of the bad weather, we still had a good turnout! Thanks to all that came and a special congratulations to Aaron Speed, Sarah Cuiksa, Brian Germann, Austin Kistler and to all those who made a tandem skydive this weekend!

 Burke Fitzpatrick started skydiving back in the 70's with the Flying Gamecocks. Since then he has become a world famous professional skydiver. He has multiple jumps into Williams Brice Stadium, with on of them our clubs signature photo. |

Thanks, to all that attended our first meeting Wednesday, March 26.  Remember, when The Flying Gamecocks start receiving University funding, those that attend the meetings will be the only ones receiving the money to help pay for their skydives!!! |

College Weekend is here once again!! We have $150 tandems through the weekend of April 5th-6th. Last college weekend we had over 200 college students wandering through the dropzone and making tandems! This is a great chance to meet other students at nearby university's. Be sure to come out to support your Gamecocks! Be sure to come to the meeting Wednesday, April 2nd to sign up for a carpool.
